  • 6 bamboo skewers soaked in water for 20 minutes
  • ½ cup chile-garlic sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • In a small bowl, combine chile-garlic sauce and honey.
  • Soak bamboo skewers for 20 minutes. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  • Grill shrimp for 10 minutes, frequently turning and basting with the sauce until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
